purple-favorite color
green- my room is lime green. green is supposed to make you happy.
orange-reminds me of a basketball

brown-idk.

A nice aqua would be energizing and kooling.

red-
red- anger, kind of depressing (how about a pinkish colour)
blue- depending on shade, calm, cool, energizing
yellow- bright happy
purple- too dark or not nice enough (too light)
green- energizing can be bright and happy or could be dreary
orange- ewwww
black- depressing NO
brown- depending on the color it can be totally boring

its up to you but
red is an angry colour
blue is calming
yellow is warm
purple is calming
green is my fav colour
orange is another angry colour
black is a depressing colour
as is brown I think.
Why don’t you pick a lighter colour and then paint a feature wall using a darker colour. Thats always nice.

I just did my bedroom, it’s really nice; but in the basement.
Two walls are a dark GREY then the other two a slightly lighter one. I have a bed with a white duvey and ‘blood red’ sheets. My blinds are the same red too. It’s really nice, and not as dark as some people think; even for the basement!My acessories are white, red, and black.
Nice and modern!

do it blue and orange. like teel and a darker sort of orange. it looks cool and it makes u seem kinda happy yet not preppy.

It’s always cool to have a combination of colors:
for example if my room had three walls I would do one my fave shade of red, the other my favorite shade of blue, yellow etc.
Red makes me feel strong
Blue makes me feel relaxed
Yellow makes me feel happy
purple makes me feel sleep y
green makes me feel energetic
orange makes me feel dizzy
black makes me feel mellow
brown makes me feel special

The absolute best color would be a yellow, it has been proven to make people happy but to also create a mellow feel so you can sleep at night. It is a mood enhancer, so it wont make you ultra tired upon walking in like a blue or a purple (I had a purple room…great for napping) My room is yellow now and I feel like it lift my spirits and makes me more energetic.

purple- doesn’t look so good trust me on this

brown- for like a guest room or food like chocolate

brown-dull, boring
My friend has her room painted orange and pink. I think it’s awesome but of course that’s not for everybody. I think purple would be a nice color, or a neat shade of green. Black and brown are nice colors for clothes, but I wouldn’t want them for my walls. Good luck Hun! =]

When I was your age.. I painted my walls a periwinkle color.. which is betw a lavendar and blue.. (Very pretty color).. And I painted my ceiling a sky blue..
Then my curtains were lavendar and I put a scarf (thats what you call it) over the curtains rods in the color of eggplant..
And everytime I got home, I went straight to my room because it made me feel happy.

I actually just painted my room a bright turquoise, I’m really happy with how it turned out!
red- Anger
blue- Sadness
yellow- Happiness
purple- Calming
green- Calming
orange- Summer!
black- Depression
brown- Boring

i’m redoing my room this summer. i will be doing 3 walls a nice pink, and then the other wall orange. it reminds me of my personality- bubbly and exciting!

i would go with a light yellow or cream. and paint your doors like a chocolate brown color.
and then when you move out, your parents can easily change it up a bit.

yellow= hyper
red = scary or angry
orange = average
green = feels fresh
black = fees lonely
brown = depressing
purp = mix feelings

i just painted my room bright white with no pigmentation whatsoever. everything else is colorful, and it accents well. it looks like a beachy room. that looks reallly good!!
