Is Mega T Green Tea safe for very overweight teens?
Just curious! I know on the label it says it’s for adults 18+, but I was wondering if it is safe if you are say, 50 or more pounds overweight and under the age of 18. Thanks.
I’m 13, and my BMI is approx. 30. I weight about 176, and I’m 5ft, 4 in. tall.
Hope that helps . ^^ - K?ls ?

Generally weight isn’t the issue with those things as much as development is. At under 18, your body is still developing and changing, and the 18&over products might have a chance of messing with it.
Think about it- some adult women are only 115 pounds. (my exes mom was tiny, at 5 foot, so 115 pounds was pretty normal for her)
EDIT: Yup- at 13, taking certain supplememnts will mess with your growth. If you are trying to lose weight, stick to a normal diet and exercise- you’ll actually improve your health this way much more. Talk to your doctor about what a good diet should consist of.
