lime green can get tiresome with time, and may not look as grown up as you would like. It is a seasonal color that may not suit you in the winter.
How about a celedon or celery green, paird with a choc brown or
soft pink and Brown or grey
Beige and Olive with gold tones
Palest pink and creamy shades of shabby chic white or “chippy pieces.
Add a good mirror or two to really open it up and keep down the clutter to really work in a small space.
Place a nice vintage piece that cant get missed like a hat rack or old rocker to give a personal timeless touch.
Keep bedding small compact and straight lines. Pleated or tailored skirt, Solid top, like a Mattelaise and small printed sheets keeps it less busy. For warmth; paint the ceiling in a shade one step darker than the walls or the contrasting color even, and add some moulding where it meets the wall.
Keep the floor a neutral beige.
Use two main colors, but be sure to add at least one or two more in similar tones for a relaxed look that doesnt look like you shopped from Penneys Catalogue.

One thing you should do is be certain to find a room design which makes the most out of tiny rooms. One big feature to avoid with small teens bedrooms is clutter as it has a proclivity to make the room look significantly smaller.
Usually people think that you can only use light tones in small rooms, although there is in reality more to it than that.A gray-blue paint color is really nice for overall atmosphere and for also making the walls appear to recede, thus making the room feel less small. If gray isn’t your shade, you can also use cool colors like greens, blues and purples for the same look.
Smaller furniture is best when decorating a small teens bedroom. One technique to make good use of space is to have a loft bed with desk underneath, instead of separate bed and desk which will make the room look bigger but still allow your teen to sleep and do homework.
An easy way to update bedding on a budget is to create covers for the old comforters. You can do this quite easily with two flat sheets the same bedding size as the comforter. Flat sheets are cheap

I like lime green best with blues and purples, but pink or even brown works too. It’s up to you. The best thing to do is find a comforter set that you love first and then choose a color from it to paint. If your room is small, choosing curtains in the same color (or a shade lighter or darker) than the walls helps give it a less choppier, more open feeling. Keeping the comforter fairly simple gives you more options with other accessories like throw pillows, area rugs and art. Here are some comforters I hope you like:
(this one would give you lots of options for different colored sheets and pillows;)
Hope this helped! I like the one by ajmoss and ebay best.
