what high-street shop can you buy a blue/green prom dress?
I need either a blue or green dress for this play and it needs to be quite cheap (under £50) and about knee length (Like the ones in hairspray!)
Do they sell them in any high-street shop (Preferably Cornwall :P) like new look?

Try BHS or Debenhams.
I know it sounds silly but also have a look in some charity shops. Dead cheap and you never know they might have exactly what you are looking for. Good luck -x-x-

tk maxx does really cheap prom dress but they dont alwyas have what you want. try new look, topshop, warehouse. most places will sell them for about £50ish
