Which colors should I use with my gray walls in my bedroom?

Ok I’m a 13 yr old ****?n girl and well my walls are light gray and I CANNOT paint over this, so I have to include gray.

What colors should I do with these walls, I have *****?LUE?!?
PLEASE HELP ME! Colors and ideas please……??
I like brightness, not dull dark colors like army green.

how much would earl sheib or any other paint shop charge me to primer my 85 cressida army green?

the paint is fading away. so i was thinking of getting it primered army green. but im not sure how much a shop would charge me.
