What color should i wear?

i have dirty blonde air, closer to brunette, blueish green eyes, and fair-skin thats a little tanned. im not a big fan of white, cuz it gets dirty easily. i like dressing casual and comfortable. im also a teen. and any ideas of where to shop would be great, too. thanks in advanced!
