Teen Girl Room Decor Ideas please?

I am redoing MY teen room. (as in my bedroom)

I want to do it in Chocolate brown, light blue, and lime green.

Please help me find things. Money is no object however cheaper is better. I like polka dots. I also HATE pink. I have a really funky style, so keep that in mind please.

is there any way, a person with a green card , can set up a shopping cart for their website?

This is for a friend. I heard that this is something that is very difficult with bank changes.. homeland security scud, and terrorist money laundering. maybe i should put it. how does a foreign citizen living in the US set up a website shopping cart for themselves?

Redecorating a teen room?

Hi, My friend and I are going to redecorate her room this summer and were hoping for some tips Firstly, do we paint first? or find the bedspread?? and what about the carpet, its a very ugly green, where can we find some cheap carpet to just lay over the top, or a rug? she is 16 sooo she may want to change her room around in a few years so we dont want anything permanant, also which colors make a very small room look bigger? and what are the best types of storage containors to stack up under a bed or something, her older sister just moved out of their room and she still has tons of stuff she is storing there that is just in the closet, Any tips would really help and ideas would be great, also we dont have a HUGE budget, but maybe 250 total, so chap suggestions or money savng ones as well, Thanks

How can a teen help with ‘Going Green’?

My teacher got me really encouraged about the environment and i would really like to help. since im a teen, i can’t really persuade my other family members or donate money. my family does recycle paper and use florescent lightbulbs but i want to do MORE.
