Why can’t I get a bf? What do teen guys like in girls?

What do teen guys (14-16) like in girls? Is there any way other than “looking hot” and physical contact to get them to like you? I am a shy girl and am 14. I’m not PICKY about guys, but I do have standards… AND morals. I’m not some skanky ho that they’re gonna get some w/. I’m really not “hot” but ppl say I’m cute (i dont agree…..im chubby…but im working on it trying to lose weight….if anyone wants to include any exercise tips then plz do). I’m of medium height, large build (big boned…literally…not fat…big boned..there’s this test u can do to ur wrist that determines what ur build is and i did it and got large), dark blonde hair w/ blonde and red streaks (colored at beauty shop…not natural), green eyes, and I am a t-shirt and jeans kind of girl (but I won’t leave the house w/o my make-up done and my hair looking decent)…and i love REAL jewelry (sterling silver/gold…real gemstones) so I’m like always wearing some. Why can’t I get a bf? I’m not desperate, just want bf

Q for mostly guys, but girls can answer too?
